Also in retrospect I will probably would not paint my floor a dark color as it shows up dust from foot prints and tires.
I was a little surprised that when a rock stuck to the bottom of my trashcan-it scratched the paint. I thought it was a lot harder than it was.
One other important note is that if one is going to remove parts of original paint is probably better to use primer as the bare concrete sucked up so much paint I had to buy more to cover up the pale sections. Preparation is the most important part
Overall I would recommend this product despite the above problems. Don’t try painting alone. Pick a lighter color than smoky blue.

I have done 5 garages plus our own with Rustoleum RockShield - no this product, RockSolid - and they have turned out great with minimal effort. I TRIED to do one side of our garage - I do half at a time so I can move stuff back and forth - and it was a freaking disaster. I would have put up a picture, but I had to complete the job and ran out and got a tinted RockShield 2.5 garage kit and covered up the disaster. I'm really upset that I didn't take the picture because I was hoping I could get Rustoleum to do something righteous and not only refund me but pay for the RockShield kit I needed to cover up this crap.
Pros:
-Might look great if the surface was prepared properly and the right roller came with the kit. Surface preparation for a good result is not anywhere in the instructions.
Cons:
-The roller brush that comes with is what you might use to paint a sheetrock wall with latex paint. It is NOT appropriate for working with urethane, enamel, or epoxy.
-Do not use on bare concrete that is in anyway porous. Having poured enough concrete for a number of different things I know of the different surface outcomes based on how/what materials are used. Actually, I would not use this even on a very fine concrete surface. You will either not get the surface coverage expected or you will get a thin, see-through, rough result. Do not use on 'bare' concrete.
-If you expect can(s) you will be somewhat surprised. You really have no way to know if you have mixed thoroughly. The product comes in 2 'square' plastic bags attached to each other and you have to first knead each independently pinching corners and shaking around. Then you have to carefully roll one bag tightly which will pop an internal opening between the bags and once again you have to squeeze corners and roll around hopefully mixing it well.
-This is not a showroom floor product. I haven't researched it yet, but there are industrial products meant for a showroom floor result I'm sure since we all have been to a new car dealership.
If you, unfortunately, try this product I would highly recommend the following:
-After preparing the concrete or previously surfaced floor as directed for almost any similar products which include grease washing and etching, then paint the floor with a primer - I would use regular grey concrete/masonry paint - to ensure a smooth finish with no different shades.
-Do not use the roller that comes with the kit. Use a 3/4 inch knap brush for a thick, complete coverage.
-Cut the stated coverage area by 25%
BTW, pro or con I'm not sure. The product does 'set' exactly as stated based on temperature. I spent so much time trying to get a decent coating that I hit the set time and the last few feet were like trying to roll tar and ended up being 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick.
